What does a tv tuner do? Does it enable you to watch TV on your computer? Do you have to have cable? Can you just stick an antenna in it?

You can watch tv on your comp, play video games on your comp, record any thing you hook up to it, Yes, no, yes, any more questions?

Rabbit ears is an antenna so... Yes.

But you'll get better reception with Cable or a rooftop antenna.

Whilst true, it must be said that any TV within range of hobbes seems to enjoy particularly excellent reception.
This may just be a singularity or applicable to any of his race....
