This place is a balm-hope to drop in again next Wednesday.

I am at serious odds today; I am working many extra odd hours for the next month or so due to having had to fire one of my lads, and losing another temporarily to a treatment program for substance abuse.

Today I find one of my older guys had a stroke and is lost for at least a while, then I learned my predecessor died of a massive heart attack.
