Hello,

I was wondering what the best site is to get dvd-r screeners. Please donts say suprnova or torrentbits. I really like torrentbits and its a great site but they are starting to lack in their new dvd releases. Most of their dvd-r releases are episode disks or movies older than 10 years. Is there another site out there that offers good dvd-r's. Thanks

Please don't leech and then leave. The torrent site is still very much new so we need as much members as we can get. So please stay and seed when your done downloading 4gb+ of movies. :)

There have already beed 4,054 users banned for not sharing/seeding.

PLEASE read the rules first before signing up.

Yes, dvdr-core is good. They have all my Stargate

They post around 5 dvds an hour on average.

I think Athlon64 is recommending DVD-R-Core.org to you. He's not suggesting you've done anything wrong.

Most of the time they are not the same, they are downsampled so they fit on a 4+ gig dvd.

Usually they will drop some of the extras (things like explaning why the director had a banana in his ear during the explosion scene), trailers for other movies, maybe the menus.

Soundtracks take up a lot of space, so they are usually some of the first to go too. If the movie has been released in multiple languages you will usually find that the subtitles are kept but only one soundtrack. There are usually other versions with different languages in that situation.

Occasionally it is still a little too big to fit on a DVDR5, so then they need to re-encode it to fit, but usually there is no noticable loss in quality.
