how do i remove tojan horse downloader agent 4q.my antivirus cant remove it.its infected in a windows system 32 file.

get a trjoan scnaner. TROJAN HUNTER is a good one.

look at "the everything guide" (link in sig) in the security section for more details on trojan scanners.

im really sorry but the above hasnt help the name of the virus is Trojanhorsedownloader.Agent.4.Q how can i remove this please someone help me. i dont mind people makin fun of my non computer skills but any help on this issue would be much appreciated.thank you

you can try... www.pestscan.com it will do a line scan and tell you what viruses, adware and spyware you have and where its located and you can delete it urself.
