Downloading behind company firewall

can someone tell me how to download in ABC behind this firewall? I know it's IP how do I set ABC up to lemme download?:01:it is connecting to the torrent but it stays red it wont collect to seeders/leechers

How to get all the traffic converted in http protocol and on port 80??

I am using ABC client; i can change ABC ports to 80, but I have to connect to outer peers on port 80.

Is there a solution?
