Need help getting ps2 game frequency!!!! Please!

I have posted this before but i'll give it another go... I'm trying to get a copy of frequency perferably full but a rip will do. I've found a few ver on e-mule but DLing's not going to well cause I have a dsl 1000 modem and there is no way to disable the firewall. I can share and I do but with the firewall I can not get high ID... So if anyone knows another source such as a torrent or maybe if u own a copy and can upload to suprnova or FTP it for me that would be awesome. Or if u really want to be nice and can get high ID maybe get it off e-mule for me and then upload to suprnova or FTP to me thx much
