Chopping board, sharp knife.
That's how my Gran chops the mint for Sunday dinner. Job's a good 'un.
Use anything hard
and crunch product with it
your mouse will do
(upside down)
razor balde and hard surface is good
or order one from here (www.everybodydoesit.com)
i forgot
maybe use Manker's and DanB's heads as Crunchers
although some of the herbs might go missing

You mean I've contributed to a dirty drug thread.
I have just reported this thread and all who've posted in it. I hope it and every post in it is deleted except for my own posts which I believe should be preserved for posterior.

good ideas, but i need something that will conain it and not grind it into a surface because when "cooking" i tend to make small "dishes", so any bit lost is important.
If your herb is a fresh bud then chopping it with a disposable razor blade works well, tried and trusted although any other sharp knife would do, preferably small though

A mousemat would work probably or a bit of cardboard from the back of a notepad
