For some reason, I can't seem to change my Desktop Background... I can only set the color, but i can't have a picture selected for some reason.. The Box where all your "Backgrounds" are is faded so that I can't do anything to it.. And when I set a "Theme" everything works and it changes the background to the Solid Color of the background image but not the image itself... So I was wondering if anyone happens to know what the problem might be?

Also, how would I "Re-Activate" my "Windows" key on my keyboard? It doesn't seem to work anymore =/

sounds like iruses or spoyware or something.

could be a setting somewhere in gpedit.msc (start>run>gpedit.msc>enter). look around in there for a while see if you find anything related.

Check that the "Themes" service is running.

geezuz man a format just for that!!!????
I mean desktop image is not the Most Vital element for your system to run

Its always better to try to figure the problem out than just to format - cauz you dont learn anything that way

Or system restore , or for that matter repair install . But for the few problems I get every 6 months I just format ,reinstall too! :D
