corrupt films?

just downloaded a film called bum fights 3 and it turned out corrupted and neither media or bs player can open.... real player opened the first few mins and then crashed.... slightly annoyed i deleted

then i downloaded eurotrip and now that wont work either , any tips on getting it to work?? ive got all the codecs and stuff installed and the downloads were made using BT

well the file must be fucked cos the sound disapears
