Might work up to a point, but I suspect it'll make print jobs look really pale or faded if you go too far...
Like for instance: That option for 75% ink saving.

Too bad if it doesnt work. My ink cost $45 for color and my printer uses a smart chip so I cant use the ink refill kits... :no:

Ink Saver the program works. Haven't used it in a while. But it's just as uNz[i] said it works to a point. Like if I'm printing instructions, no pics. I can get away with 25% savings setting maybe 50%. Like that.

Well if it sounds to good to be true............. ! I have three kids under 13 , one printer ! I'm desperate . :lol:

you can get around that...i think you need to put a full cartridge in then quickly change it before a print or some thing then it writes the full cartridge thing to the emmpty cartridge then you can start using it.
of course you will still need a brand new cartridge. :rolleyes:
