Ok I wanna do port forwarding and know how to do it thanks to a friend :)
But......the IP you enter into your router is the problem

Run
Command
ipconfig/all

Is there a norm of what this ip starts with?

Mine starts with 10

I used that in the router configuration and it's no better, 80% of torrents will stay yellow and speeds don't seem high.

EG: Average of 5-55kb/s when I should be hitting more than that, double infact.

I do not have a static IP, in lan config it's set to Auto, to reset this to static I have to put in the same IP needed for the router, but from what I've seen and from what my friend has told me it does'nt look right.

Anyone got the faintest idea what I'm talking about?

little help would be most apreciated :)

ip starting with 10.xx etc is your modem/router

you'll have something like this, 10.168.0.1

well change the last number to a 2 and allocated that as your IP range for your modem

But there's no "168" or whatever, it's a 0 :(
