Currently I use ABC. And its pretty good, just slows down my computer from time to time. I was wondering if anyone knows a client better than ABC for BitTorrents?

I've been using Bittornado for the longest time, since way back when it was still Shawdow's Experimental client.

However, after hearing so much about Azureus on here, I'm tempted to try it, Actually I think I'll go download it right now.

has anyone used any of the clients written in languages like c? All the clients most people use seem to be made with interpreted langauges like python or java. im pretty sure this means you they are going to be rather slow and use alot of resources.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/xbtt/ for example is written in c++.

I also use ABC most of the time, but I was unimpressed with Azureus. I have a Dual Athlon and it lagged up my games and even made Winamp skip some, regardless of the 10 second buffer. It seems like a good program but it took up far too much of my resources for me to be happy with it.
