How can i make the menus for a dvd like wen u can using nero vision express... if u using sumthin which hasnt got the capability wat sftware can i use??

tmpgenc dvdauthor lets you create menu's or a program called eo video - or make them in nero ?(they all let you import jpegs etc for the backgrounds)
