as for the original question, sorry, I have never looked for one :(

first you would need a key board with 88 keys.
There are programs that show a piano key board that you mouse click on the a key to hear a midi of that tone. Guitar Pro has the option, but it has no synthesizing capabilities. It's only for writing music.
