ive got a vaio laptop just done a format and guess what i have not got the drivers for the lap top

so ive been looking and i cant find them anywhere..

i went here to get drivers i done what they said, enter serial number ect.. i then press validate and noting happened

So mother board drivers? Dam IT ? :)

There should be a serial # or product # on your lap top . That will help , then try drivers .com. Pm me if you need help! :)

those drivers should have come with a partion when you formatted your drive.Windows does have default generic drivers,yet you may have had a syntax error when you entered your serial number or pin number.First and fore most,where did you get those numbers.If you looked at the bottom of the laptop it should have worked.Case Sensitivity is a factor as to why nothing happened.Well again Drivers.com is a way out,yet most generic drivers can cause problems.Even if they claim they are from the company.Tell then adieu

That links looks as if one that is imbedded within the "favorites" or "Help and Support" area of your system. Regardless, you should not need to have to register or validate anything just for some lousy drivers.

I went straight to http://www.sony.com and found better results by clicking their "electronics" button and then selecting "notebooks". After which you clearly want the "drivers and support" link.

i followed da link but my note book was not there.

my vaio Series is pcg-grt715m. the Series is there but my model number is not
