Not a bad price for what it is.
Don't expect to be able to play the latest games on it though, it isn't fully DirectX9 compliant. The 256MB is a waste as it will never be used.
You should be able to get a 128MB 9550 for about the same price. Not that much better in terms of performance but at least it is fully DX9 compliant.

Full support for DirectX ® 8.1 programmable pixel and vertex shaders in hardwareLike I said it isn't DX9 compliant. There's no such thing as "almost compliant", either it is or it isn't.
If you want to go for the 9200 series, save yourself some money and get the 128MB version. Any games which can use 256MB memory need a much faster card anyway, and AFAIK they all require DX9.
