Cm4 Help

Ok I am downloadin Sim City 4 and I have to download 2 disks I have got the Frist Disk done and the 2nd one downloadin as we speak but when I click on the frist Disk a black screen comes up for about 5 secs and the goes a way why is that??????


EDIT: SORRY I MEANT THE TITLE TO BE SIM CITY 4 HELP

It might be an .ISO file download winiso and try extracting it through that!
