[Errno 24] Too many open files

i'm trying to use g3torrent to download Prince of Persia and i got the following error

[Error] - trouble accessing files - [Errno 24] Too many open files: u'C:\\Documents and Settings\\admin\\Desktop\\Prince.Of.Persia.Warrior.Within-CLONECD\\CD3\\ccd-popc.r45'

i've never seen this error before. it's so obscure even google can't help me

I had that error in BitComet once,opened the torrent in ABC (http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/) with no problem
