KL++ Redirect Page

Well the last version of KL++ I used is 2.4.3 I think and if I remember it had the web page pointing to the old forum which 7th fk off so we couldnt update the redirect and when it was to be renewed and wasnt we dropped traffic in half overnight as I recall.

So Im wonderong if someone can take that and just rebuild the redirect in the installer as Ive noticed there still must be alot of KL++ user since whenever Im on EMule its still remains a very popular grab.

Perhaps if we all share it then it may spread a bit and bring in some users...

maybe you just need to update your node cache:

Frankly I dont care what version it is nor do I use it nor do I give a fk if it suxs, which it does, or not as long as the Web point here instead of to nowhere. As for popularity I imagine it would be even less if there was a version with the Web pointing here as it used to be as we dont much support it anymore. As for popularity I can only say there are still alot of n00b and regulars that still use the network and it ges grabs every fkin time Im on EMule. So again can anyone modify whatever version with the Web pointing here so it can be shared and bring some traffic here perhaps...

I think that's a good point for a number of reasons.

1) I can't see any reason why it shouldn't work under XP SP2.
2) Even if it doesn't work, not everyone has XP SP2 anyway.
3) If it doesn't work people will come here for solutions, which is a large part of the reason this site started in the first place.

It worked for me untill few days back it stoped connecting(so its a sp2 issue)
i tried Emule it sucked big time, it takes ages to connect, am not talking about new or rare files...

What version of eMule have you tried? I recommend eMule Plus (see sig).

Connect to server Razorback 2 which is where the majority of users go.

If you have a good connection, the globe at the bottom will be green. If it's yellow, your connection sucks and/or you need to forward ports / allow firewall access and accept it's not eMule.

i made a custom KCeasy v0.15 installer that has FTS as the start page... will that help?

Well its a start although calling it "FileSharingTalk_P2P_0.14.exe" may be rather pointless. Im going to most likely rename it to something with Kazaa in the name, post any sugestions. Also I still would like an actuall KL version with the start page here to share also. I would think someone can do this...

i made an update package that only overwrites the existing tools in Kazaa Lite ++ 2.4.3, no extra crap added! (bad ip updater requires the file UNZIP.DLL cause banned IP's now download from methlabs.org)

1.Install klitekpp243e.exe (Kazaa Lite K++ v2.4.3)
2.Install KppPlus15.exe to your Kazaa Lite K++ directory

Well I havent used it in over a year but I thought it may generate some traffic here perhaps. I tested the installer for curiosty sake on my VM and it works well. I also took a look at KCEasy for the first time and thought that was rather nice if your into networks, amazingly if the timing and push was right it probably should have done better than Shareaza which Ive noticed has become one of the most popular grabs lately...

Ok SN is back up and I submitted the torrent although does anyone know how long it takes. Maybe someone with a trusted account can ul it faster as Ive never ul on SN before. The torrent is below, this is not a pblm btw as the author has approved of its and the contents are freeware apps, although if its an issue I guess you can kick yourselves in the ass once again and remove it and point to the rule book although it just dosent apply I think. Also can someone test to make sure its working and leave it open to if you want...

Anyways all other bs floating about aside Gre1 has posted this on SuprNova and Ive had this open now for about 12 hours or so and have noticed a steady 40 to 50 Seeds. Im allowing a 25K slot and have ul over 100mb, considering the file is 1.4mb that would be at least 70 complete ul multiplied by the average amount of seeds I guess although the average ul speeds may be less. Anyways seems there is a decent amount of intereststst and hopefully it will bring some traffic to the site...

Well just a small update as ul has been about 200 times from just here so then I take it with an average of 50 seeds early on and now about 15 or so should easily be in the thousands on dl so perhaps some n00bs will show up...
