I found this site where you can download really cool programs,

You have to download a program called SmartFTP to connect to a server to download the stuff listed. I downloaded and installed SmartFTP and it asked for a IP address, a password and a login to get each program I want. Where the fuck do get that from? If you look at digicg.com it lists every quality app I can imagine. Can you make head or tail of this?

What do I need to do to get these programs?
