Where can i find the protocol 7 update for CSS

i have some version i donwloaded from suprnova and it installed CSS automatically but i just cant play becuase i need protocol 7.

i downloaded a one from suprnavo whitch was about 550MB AND was an automatic installer.

When i play it it says empiro or something.
