Best Place to get KLite ++ please

I am using Klite ++ 2.43.

Where is the best place to get a stabel update to this.

I do not want a version with lots extra programs and shit. Just a good basic version that works and downlaods.

No wonder KL is declining.

There are so many versions and when you want one you cannot find it !

i made an update package that only overwrites the existing tools in Kazaa Lite ++ 2.4.3, no extra crap added! (bad ip updater requires the file UNZIP.DLL cause banned IP's now download from methlabs.org)

1.Install klitekpp243e.exe (Kazaa Lite K++ v2.4.3)
2.Install KppPlus15.exe to your Kazaa Lite K++ directory

* AVI Preview+ 0.01a to 0.15a
* Bad IP Updater 1.2 to 1.5
* Banned IP's September 23, 2003 to October 20, 2004
* KaZuperNodes 1.4.6 to 1.4.8
* K-Dat 1.2.1 build 9 to 1.2.5
* K-Sig 1.2.3 build 5 to K-Sig 1.2.2 build 5 (Downgrade. K-Sig 1.2.3 b5 doesn't work)
* KL Extensions 0.56a to 0.57a
* Updated and fixed links on the Startpage
* Updates with 200 Supernodes, including a lot of ones running old Kazaa Lite versions
+ Added UNZIP32.DLL (Banned IP's now download from methlabs.org)

There will be no more official K++ updates as the developer stated he had lost interest in the program. V2.4.3 is still functioning (though some people have reported problems with the latest service pack from Microsoft - SP2) and is stable. There are a few developers on the forum who are working on new versions in a similar vain to K++, but the FastTrack network which Kazaa runs on has been plagued with fake files and is getting worse. Sharman, the company behind Kazaa, are also clamping down on the "lite" versions of Kazaa, hindering development further.

Personally I'm just sticking with K++ and hoping Sharman don't block the client as they've hinted they might do.

@SeK612 - i agree with most of that. i'm sticking with 2.4.3 too. but where your wrong is the developers "lost interest" in K++ after 2.4.3 was out and there were updates created for the next version that never got implemented and released in an "official" K++ package. the main reason for this updater is for the KL Extensions the other tools are just along for the ride in my opinion.

@Cryril - check out my site, like Vargas said from the very begining. yes all the clients are full, spyware free, k-lite clients. there even more up-2-date than rrtn's 'updater' :lol:

btw, is 'Cyril' a reference to the HBO series Oz? :unsure:
