I used to be able to do this all of the time, but now when I headbang, I get this feeling like my brain is being smashed up against my skull, and doesn't feel to good. How can I headbang so this wont happen anymore?

Haha thanks. It works, but isnt as effective as the regular headbang.

Just start out slowly then when you get into it you won't feel it. :)
