Motherboard =
Athlon XP / Duron 600MHz – XP3200+ ~ nVidia nForce2 Ultra400 ~ 266 / 333 / 400 MHz ~ 4 x DDR-SDRAM ~ Dual Channel ~ Supports up to 3GB
Processor =
AMD RETAIL ATHLON 64 3500+ SOCKET 754 1600MHZ
I want to replace my AMD Athlonx 2000+ XP
I have Windows xp pro / 512 DDR 2700 ram

No, they are not.
The motherboard is for a socketA chip. not 754 like the CPU you list.

The Athlon XP motherboard has a socket A as clocker said. For 462 pin Athlon CPUs.
That 64 bit processor has 754 pins so you would need a motherboard with socket 754 for that. (You could also look into 939 pin/socket).
Or you could get a faster Athlon XP CPU.

Alternatively, you could just get a hamster.
Mine consumes very little electricity, generates very little heat and can be inserted (with a bit of force) into any motherboard socket.
Just a suggestion.

I wouldn't know.
The wheel is an accessory I could not afford.
Perhaps Santa will see fit to bring me one.
Then again, perhaps not.

Sometime they may even get round to understanding clothes too. At the moment I think they are just folding them.
