Hey there,

I believe the only way you can load songs onto your iPod is through iTunes, (this is the way I've always done it). I know what you mean by organising but have you tried going to Edit - Preferences - Advanced and clicking the box that says 'Keep iTunes Music Folder organised'

I've never tried this method but it may work for you, have fun with the iPod

What do you mean "lack of organizing"? I find iTunes to have the best media library out of any player.

Just make smart playlists that always organizes the songs the way you want them

Just got an Ipod too! :D
Only 20gb but that's way more than I need. :)

I'm gonna try that Winamp plugin out, thanks natedogg.

I got a 20Gb Ipod too, and although its quite good I've had lots of problems with the software to start with... but now its sort of alright. Its as if they could'nt be bothered to make a "Windows" compatible software so they just adapted the mac one.
I just use I-Tunes 4.6.
