how to watch movie in english subtitle using videolan?

what can i do to watch an incomplete/complete movie in english subtitle using videolan?

well i have no problem with putting them in same folder and selecting all and pressing enter. never needed to do anything else. try that.

make sure the subs have exactly the same name as the movi - if not rename it.
make sure it is in the same folder
open movi in vlan
clik video
clik "subtitle tack"
clik track 1
