People who use the Emporio copy: we need to wait until they release a patch.

There seems to be a beta update 8, with this update you can play again but only the new map has some bugs.

Yea I installed the version 8 off Emporio and it works except the map de_prodigy is totally fucked up. If I install Half Life 2 Update1-PROViSiON in my just updated CS directory will it work?

update_8 was BETA.

Update1-PROViSiON aka update 8 fixes everything, but there are still some minor bugs in the new map but that will also be fixed soon.

i used the update 1 - provision on my emporio release and everything works good. the only thing i noticed was some glitches on the new map, still playable tho.
