I instaled TorrentStorm days ago,
and my first torrent download was a file of six episodes of a series (700MB) and it only took like 4 hrs. to download, but since then, everything, any movie or series that Iīve tried to download, goes just up to 3kbps, no more.
So I donīt think itīs wort the time.
Is this normal? and, is Azureos better or faster?

I use both but get more sources with AZ so...
ABC (http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/)
Bittornado works fine for me.

Azureus is the best one out there. But eats a lil more resources then most, so if you have a slower PC, use www.bitcomet.com
The rest of the clients are crap, IMO of course

ABC (http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/) is probably the best for new users of Bittorrent.
It's definitely the most user friendly of all BT clients and not too shabby when it comes to speeds, neither.

IMO Azureus is best for the advanced BT user as it has more features/is very fast, but ABC is a close second as it's slightly easier to use and almost (if not the same) speed as Azureus.
