Theres also another VC mod i saw once that changes the time and weather in vice city to the real time and weather that u have in ur city.

Yeah, i used to this before. Its pretty easy, if you want i can make a tut on how to do it.

Its really simple basically just changing there image and alpha channel to match what you want.

You made sure to make the folders not read only right? Also wheres it having the problem?

Yes untick it then hit apply. The installer will take up to 3 hours max. Read it on he site and the readme.

Also, your task manager will say the program is not responding. DO NOT KILL IT, or you will have to reinstall the game and run the installer again...

MIght be the prosseser not the ram. I used 512 on mine and it plays fine.

Also you did use vclimiter right?


- Open VCLimitadjuster (located in your VC directory, and open your gta-vc.exe file. Change these values:
- Streaming memory: 96
- Dummys: 3500
- Buildings: 8500
Click save and close the program. Special thanks to Steve-m for this tool.
- In the game, change the language to KillerKip's.
- Mod installed! Have Fun!
