Hi guys, do you remember that I told you abot my PC taking too long to start, well, I trien everything you said, but I didn´t work...
Next, I put a still of my Task Manager, may be you can tell me what the heck is all that stuf...
(take in acount that, I´ve already un-cheked all the ¨Start¨ options in ¨msconfig¨, I use spy-bot, I just had turned on the Pc when I took that picture)

And, one doubt I have,
in ¨msconfig¨, what are all the options marked under the ¨Services¨ tab, to the left of the ¨Start¨ tab.
Turned off "ALL" of the stuff in startup?? Give us a screenshot of that.
Go here (http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/em_exec/) for info on your task manager processes.
edit: you really dont have much running. What kind of puter do you have?

get rid of that winadstart.exe thing in msconfig.
also close the processes i mentioned above in task manager.
Then run spysweeper or some other spyware scanner.
Finally run hijackthis! (after restarting) and post the log file.

whe you run hijackthis! it has the option at the bottom to "save log file".
do that, open it up, copy the text in it, and paste here.

On a seperate note, do you not have any virus protection???? I dont see anything listed in startup. If not, that pc is gonna be a paperweight in about five minutes if your downloading.

In fact I have ¨Norton AntiVirus 2005¨...
And since I can remember, almost all of the people that I know that use Internet or a filesharing program, have been ¨deeply traumatized¨ for being victims of some sorth of virus, the don´t even want to use these programs...
but, naaaa, I have almost two years sharing and downloading all kind of things, and never, never a single virus has caused me any truble, many times I get the Alert that a virus has been detected and eliminated or put in quaretine.
-I always say, let us not be intimidated by viruses, just be well protected and fear nothing...-

norton sucks.
when I use it it takes my computer like 5 minutes to stop "crunching away" (doing ahrd drive activity) after turning it on.
Try uninstalling it and install avg or nod32. they never give me any problems.

First, Get rid of WinAdServ, WinAdSlave and WindUpdate. Nasty Spyware.
Second, get more memory, with all those progs running 128MB isn't nearly enough.
Third, change your AV/Firewall, Norton is far too resource hungry.
