so anywayz what's the origin of fortune cookies? just wondering...

It was invented in 1916 by George Jung, a LA noodlemaker. ;) I only heard this one, so it's a guess. :-"

Wrong! They originated right here in San Francisco.

Fortune cookies are widely believed to be the invention of Makota Hagiwara, manager of Golden Gate Park's Japanese Tea Garden in 1909

George Jung is one of the biggest coke dealers last centuary, I think there was a movie about him Blow wasn&#39;t it (thats not a porn&#33;)?
