How do u burn a MP3 dvd that will play on a DVD player i have a sonny DVP-NS 355 player will this player cope with this type of DVD it says it will play DVD-RW/+RW DVD-R/DVD+R but is this only for films burnt to these disc's

Tried that burnt a DVD-R mp3 disc but it says cannot open disc when i put it in the DVD player and i used nero 6 to burn it
