i have an episode of chappelles show in my comp. i want to cut a clip out if it and save it as its own file.

what program can i use do do this. i want to take a 2-3 min clip out of a 22 min video.

anbd possibly reduce its size.

You could also use macromedia flash if you wanted to, or adobe premier.
