F1 Challenge '99 - '02 !help pls!

Hi 2 all..
I just bought F1 challenge game and installed it on my computer!
I was using a Integrated Graphics card(32MB shared from my 128MB DDR RAM)
The game ran well there were no problems.thou a bit lagging

Then I bought a ATI Radeon 7500 (64MB DDR), and tried to run e game!
But this time around it crashed while loading! I've tried it a few time s and nothing seems to be working! (BTW my other games ike mortyr2 are working properly)
does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how to resolve this thing?
Any help is greatly welcomed!

I did but then I'm on a dial-up right now!
SO how to d/l Win updates? I dont even have SP1!!!
BTW my winXP is original copy! so is there any way to get a free CD of e service packs???
