There are loads of houses near me that have really gone to town with the deco's.

I didn't put any up this year. With the exception of a few icicle lights outside. This house is too small for me to put of the Christmas tree, and with the kittens, I was afraid the buggers would climb it or something stupid like that. Besides that, we just haven't had the time.

Still a few days to put up a bit of tinsel :)

Crimmas at my brother's house in upper Michigan.
It's cold up here...wish I was home in balmy Denver ( where it was 50F today, I hear), but the whole scene is very old fashioned and pretty.
Christmas with kids around is sooo much more fun than spending it with old, jaded adults.

Soon after this pic was snapped the whole scene erupted into chaos as the kids were let loose on their bounty.
Ah, to be young again.

I don't normally do decorations but what it being the lad's first Christmas, we thought we'd better throw some lights around the windows and put a tree up.
