ok guys i bought a new sony 16x dvd writer.i have nero and intervideo dvd 3 platinum(herd that it writes dvd quality movies on a 700mb disc!)(http://www.baazee.com/jsp/BidForm.jsp?Trade_TradeId=27691506)

what do sum serious dvd freaks prefer????to a dvd n00b?

and i herd that CONVERTING 9.5GB DVD DATA TO A NORMAL 4.7 DVD-R+R ???

Why the heck are you trying to write to 700mb discs? Buy some DVD+R's or some other blank DVD media.

And yes, you can fit it on there with DVD Shrink (http://www.dvdshrink.org/)

If you have Intervideo's DVDCopy then use that; it's foolproof - just what you need.

ya i tried it,but the prob is its only 4 video files.now i am looking further 4 data file compression :)

dont worry i wont make a thread 4 it :) ,i've gatheres enough info.
