why do people always buy single batteries for their music players they use every day

RECHARGEBLE BATTERIES, will get you an ok lifespan, and if you get a set of 4, you can keep 2 in your player, and 2 backup.........

Look, you got 2 choices...

Buy rechargeable batteries which may or may not come with a charger.

Or

Buy AAA batteries in bulk. Just be sure to get the alkaline type.

The differences in brands are negligible at best.

The "quality" of batteries is more dependent on how old they are(when were they mfg?) and maybe temperature changes.

Now, be a man and make your own decision.

peace.
