Connection Error (UnknownHostException:Tracker1.v=tvtorrents.net
what does this mean?

I got the Torrents from http://www.bi-torrent.com/ I have got this error the past several times I have tried to download. it has worked fine ever sence I have used Azureus. downloaded many files, now it will not work.

I can upload just fine!
HELP!!

it happens to me a lot, but I leave it and then I try it later or the next day, and almos always, the tracker is online again within a few hours.
