Small at the mo, but building up fast, only been up for 2 day's already 3000 members signed up. :01:

Yes nextorrent is very good. Since they dont have many people that have a good connection uploading, theres about 6 that can upload over 300kb/s. I am gonna buy a 10mbps connection to help out. :)

Wow whats wroung with you, you do know they havent asked for money. They havent put a donate button anywhere. Theres no banners anywhere too. So where are they getting there cash. :unsure:

joined this site the day it opened and i think it'll be my new home. the sys.op. keeps telling everyone that they're going to be around for awhile. they have expensive/fast servers located in isreal i guess. i dunno how they got all that set up. must be nice people. :lol:

Yeah there server is stressing out, 1000 users on it and it cant hadle i gusse. Should be fixed soon.

Yeah theres been a crap load of people signing up and it's stressing out there server... I joined when there was 3,000 some users and within 10hrs it has jumped up to 7,000 some!!! Also the server isn't in isreal read there FAQ when the site comes back up... If I remember right it said the netherlands. Unless isreal=netherlands and if it does i'd feel stupid lol

the server is in israel... the faq needs to be updated. This is pretty sad if the server cant handle a few people...

Torrentbits was the same way when it first started it had the same problem so I thought it was going to suck... so i didn't even go back for awhile then I heard everyone talking about it and thought id go back to check it out but my account was gone and i couldnt get back in cause there was 100,000 users already...

torrentbit2 is down or it least it is for me... Servers need a burn in period almost all have problems when they first start up even if they were prepared

I have a problem accessing the site and earlier it was only the log in page, where it didn't want to log me in and kept saying Page cannot be displayed. Hopefully soon the servers will be fine..

i got a pm from an uploader @ nextorrents.com and he said the site should be back up around monday. :01: breathe easy.

Im going to disable your account and then renable it, that should fix all problems. GIve me a few minutes, anythign ou are dwonloading and uploading you will have to re-get the torrent.

Cheers Peerzy but the problem was at my end, normally when I click on a torrent my bt opens up(have to select which program to open with), but it won't on that site, reloading bittornado should sort it out. :)

Ah that problem, when your downloading the torrents click to save them then you will have o rename it to BLAHBLAHBLAH.torrent as for some reason it's only downloading the files as BLAHBLAHBLAh with no extension.

Alot of you may be wondering why we went offline again, to be honest im not even too sure. I spoke with Top Cod3r this morning, and let him know that this was the 3RD time we had gone offline, and we would lose far too many users if this continued, and he informed me that that he did not want to continue with NexTorrents (due to the pressure). So i have decided to leave that project and create one of my own, that wont go down. I will post back in the next 24-48 hours, as the new site should up by then. I hope some of you join, we wont be power crazy, as some ppl i know have been :dry:

Like i said, the last time i spoke with top coder he said he did not want to continue and blocked me (on MSN), so i am making my own torrent site, it is almost complete, we are just waiting for the right logo to be made, the servers i am using are very stable, and it wont be long now until i post back the domain for you all to register.

Yeah the .COM domain and the server was owned by Top Coder, that is why i decided to fly solo instead, i am just working through a few bugs, and trying to sort out a good logo, once that is done i will post the link back here for you.

http://ggtorrent.com/ is now up and running and has alot of torrents. Take a look and help keep the torrent network going.
