Indeed. For the first time ever, I'm going to skip this version and wait til they release something with more fixes or whatever.

I think they've done this so it coincides with Christmas or something

what flaw?
and i think they would have picked to announce a flaw over "new emusic bundles" in the change log.

your wait might be a while, in the credits it sez final version, then to be continued?

well DJ Egg said: "pay extra attention to the credits"

Alas, David Biderman quit today, thus practically signalling the end.
On the "Nullsoft is..." section of the credits, the only coder left is Tag.

Sorry, Im being cynical...
This release is like Fleetwood Mac releasing a "Greatist Hits" album...
Nothing much new, just more crap after announcing the final...

there doing this because they don't want to think winamp is dead

And why is winamp dead?

I find it to be the best, most organized way to play my mp3s.

What player do you use?

I'm guessing I'm repeating the responses you got to this statement the last time.

• Fixed Critical Security Flaw is on every single release. They havn't removed that text since 5.02 if I remember correctly. If you click on it, it just takes you to version history. Was fine when 5.02 was the last player released but now they can't be bothered to remove it.
