Wait... let me understand this... you get the "page cannot be displayed" error somewhere on the page? The page loads fine, but certain areas of the page don't load? Is that what your saying?

Possible reason: You've installed K-Lite, with the hosts file, and now you get that message instead of ads on certain pages.

Possible reasons...

Browser incompatibility (if you don't use explorer) -try another browser

Expired/broken/DDoS'ed sites. -try another site or mirror with the same info, use google.

The host-file-thing with K-Lite. - edit it, tho' those sites are prolly blocked for a reason if so.

Some other anti-spyware/adware thing blocking bad sites. - check if you have immunization or somesuch turned on.

IP's/ads/keywords being blocked by your firewall or browser for some reason, such as you setting them to block them yourself. - check your browser or firewall settings "under zones" or "settings/ads" or something.

A trojan, or residual damage inflicted by a trojan/adware/malware/spyware. - Run your av and a couple of online scans. Get hijackthis and look for suspicious entries, and so forth. If it just started happening and you can't find anything that might be causing it, look for files recently created in your system folder and google their names, see if something doesn't fit.

Most versions of K-Lite come with a HOSTS file (it can be found in system32\drivers\etc). The HOSTS file tells your puter where to find the hosts for the listed sites. It can be used to block ads and crappy sites.

For instance, if you put "127.0.0.1 www.kazzagold.com" in your hosts file, and try to go to kazaagold.com, you'll end up going to 127.0.0.1 which is your computer, which is nowhere. So (with IE) trying to go to kazaagold.com will give you that error. The HOSTS file is used to block ads on websites.
