msconfig help

I just reformat because a friend of my some how got 500 spyware files on computer. I'm running WinXP sp2 and just fucked around with msconfig and missed everything up. I disabled a lot of services and don't which ones to turn back on. Are their any programs that can restore my Windows services to default?

Look under "services", for the appropriate os.
