Screen always in a window?

Happy new year and all that shit everyone.

My screen for some reason is constantly in a window, even when im on my desktop. I know it has to do with a game ive been playing that fits perfectly to the window thats always there when i start the game.

Im guessing this is a simple thing to solve, I just need the know how.

Any ideas anyone?

display properties. check resoulation and change it to another res and back to your current res.

i believe this might be ur refresh rate settings...u should try to set it to 75mhz and above.
right-click on desktop, select properties
click on Settings -> Advanced, choose Monitor tab then slide the refresh rate accordingly

WARNING: do not attempt this unless u know wat ur doing. it might fry ur monitor if set to high
