How to fix unhandled exception error in GTA Vice City (Pc)

Alright I have VC and whenever i try to play it after i install it, it says unhandled exception crap.

I have googled it but found on legit answers for this problem

Anyone know wehre to get a no-cd patch or anything for the game??
