That tool does everything for you. After the IRC engine start, just wait a little while. It will pop up a new window for xbins. Just click ok or w/e.

burned it to disc
Xbox gives disc read error

my friend sez the bios needs updating
and somthin about version 1.6 is an arsehole to update

Most xboxs wont read cd-r. Unless you hack it somewhat.

If you dont have a dvd burner, try a cd-rw.
