File Renaming Program

I have many JPEG files on my computer. They are all named differently. Is there a program that can rename the files with consecutive filenames (eg. 000001.jpg, 000002.jpg, etc...)?

I Use a neat little program called AF 5 Rename Your File

PS its interface is a little clunky, but once you get used to it its great !

select all, rename.
windows explorer will then name them: name.001.jpg, name.002.jpg, ect. ect.

you can use Better File Rename
It's a useful program.
