Printer, EPSON STYLUS C63...

I have an EPSON STYLUS C63 Printer,
DURABrite. 5760 x 1440dpi. Opt.

Ok, I was just fine, the quality was good, but one day, after a re-fill of the black ink cartrige, It wont print anything in black, even gray it prints, but not black... the only thing that I can think of, is that they didn´t reset the chip well or something like that.
What do you think it is?

Peat Moss, yes I have the User Manual, and its almost the same as the links you gave me, but here, it sujests that I change the cartridge with a new one and see ifthe problem persist, so, I guess I´ll try that.
