i hope i can get help in this room. i have this panasonic i want to set up the caption. the TV doesnt have auto caption, just manual caption. it has an ID of 4 characters. the problem is that the manual that came with the TV has been lost. i tried figure it out but i can't. i also tried to do some research on the internet but can't find anything useful. could someone please help me out? i know it's not easy but any idea would be great.
i tried to look for their tech support phone # but can't find it, if anyone has it please post it here.
I'm really sorry but you should really try and post this in hardwareworld, you seem to be avoiding that like the plague so far but i can assure you they won't mess with you more than the crowd in here.
In fact they'll be ontopic for extended periods of time :)

TV caption is the words that appear on the top/bottom of the TV, if they speak so fast that we can't follow we can look at the caption to understand. i had a user manual for it but unfortunately it's been lost. i tried to search for a user guide online but so far i still can't find anything. i also tried to find their phone # but can't find it.

whats tv caption?
tv caption = subtitles basically.
since you don't have the manual, i suggest going to panasonic's website and looking for the model number of the TV, or under the FAQ section maybe.
yep captions for hearing impaired ppl. SUBTITLES BASICALLY.
