mIRC and FireFox

how can i make FireFox copy the send thingy for mIRC?
when i click on the number mIRC opens but the number wont copy :helpsmili

a tip would be if you use about:config
and search for signed.applets.codebase_principal_support
after this change it to true
this would allow you to use the paste thing in irc
