Posting Pics

How do you post pics? I cant figure it out if anyone could help that would be great thanks.

Click the IMG button above the text area for your post and then type the URL (web address) of the picture you want to post.

eg: my avatar's URL is http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stacymouse/liam57x64.jpg so i click IMG and type that:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stacymouse/liam57x64.jpg
